PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power cycle testing device that can conduct a test while reducing the gap between a Tj temperature and a Tc temperature.SOLUTION: The power cycle testing device repeats a test cycle of application of electric power to a test device and stop of the application and cause repeated temperature changes on the test device. The power cycle testing device includes an electric-power applying unit for applying electric power to the test device and a control unit controlling application of electric power by the electric power applying unit and stop of the application. The control unit controls the electric power applying unit so that the electric power level applied to the test device will increase with time in the test cycle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
