The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a fluorescent optical fiber thermometer and a fluorescent optical fiber thermometer that have a highly heat-resistant phosphor capable of maintaining the above-described state and can measure temperature with high accuracy even in an environment where a large amount of electromagnetic waves are generated.
