Production of fortified nutritional products containing milk protein and milk bags and the process of products produced by this process

This report describes an improved process for the production of nutritional products, such as infant formula, which contains milk protein and milk powder. It also contributes, in particular, to the production of demilitarized nutritional products and to the provision of final nutritional products as well as protein serum components containing skimmed milk powder from the milk needed to produce such nutritional products.
