selective chemical sensor based on ferroelectric materials, mixed oxides, or oxide polymorph stability temperature modulation - the present invention relates to gas sensors using doped ferroelectric materials. The sensors may be fabricated as an array, where different portions of the array may operate at different independently controlled temperatures to detect different gas phase composites of a gas sample. Preferred embodiments may be used for the diagnosis of conditions such as diabetes.
