The present disclosure relates to methods for prevention of progressive heart failure in individuals with persistent left ventricular (LV) dysfunction. Such methods may also be used to treat or prevent progressive heart failure in individuals with left proximal anterior descending (dap) injury and persistent left ventricular dysfunction.
