p The present invention refers to the use of Lactobacillus rhamnosus in combination with Bifidobacterium longum in the elaboration of a composition to increase male fertility in a subject. In particular, said strains with the Lactobacillus rhamnosus CECT 8361 and Bifidobacterium longum CECT 7347 strains. Likewise, the composition comprising said Lactobacillus rhamnosus CECT 8361 and Bifidobacterium longum CECT 7347 strains is also described.
