The solution relates to the infectious clone of the wheat dwarf virus, the reaction mixture and set 2 of reaction mixtures for detecting DNA of originating viral particles and detecting the presence of infectious clones of the wheat dwarf virus using the PCR method. The solution is characterized by the infectious clone of the wheat dwarf virus having a specific sequence that includes the inserted copy of the DNA of the wheat dwarf virus from the LIR section back to the LIR section. The detection mixtures subsequently allow both the detection of the DNA of the newly generated viral particles and the detection of the presence of the infectious clone itself using the PCR method.
