A vaccine based on a protein chimeric nanoparticle against porcine circovirus 2

A vaccine based on a protein chimeric nanoparticle against porcine circovirus 2, wherein the nanoparticle is composed of a carrier which forms the pentamer of the capsid protein VPI of murine polyomavirus to which there are covalently attached molecules of the capsid protein of porcine circovirus 2, wherein this does not contain the genome (DNA) of porcine circovirus 2 or the genome of murine papillomavirus; and further there is attached a His-tag anchor. The vaccine has a capsid protein consisting of porcine circovirus strain 2B.
