Method for DVB-T2 broadcast with the insertion of regional content and device used in the method

The method involves generating a national second generation terrestrial-modulator interface Mega-frame Initialization Packet (T2-MI) stream (3.9) containing National programs (3.5), and generation regional T2-MI streams (3.10-3.12) containing regional programs (3.6-3.8). The streams are isolated in physical layer channels or physical layer pipe (PLP). The streams are broadcasted to the destination of a transmitter. The streams are recomposed in the transmitter to replace one channel by another channel to generate final T2-MI stream before being transmitted by the transmitter. An independent claim is also included for a device for recomposing a stream containing programs.
