DEVICE FOR THE ADMINISTARATION OF INHALABLE MEDICINES IN THE FORM OF DRY POWDER VIA DETACHABLE HAEADS REGULATING THE FLOW RESISTACE FO THE ADMINISTRATED MEDICINE

Novelty: a device for the administration of inhalable medicines in the form of dry powder via detachable heads regulating the flow resistance of the medicine is disclosed. Purpose: adjustable medicine distribution to lungs. Constitution: combination of four different detachable heads applicable to one single base and covering the whole spectrum of patients in dependence on their sucking ability, the type and dose of the medicine to be administrated and the targeted point to be treated. The head 1 is composed of the nozzle 2 assisting the head’s application to the patient’s mouth, the aperture 3 for the medicine’s release in the mouth and the protruding configuration 4 allowing the sliding of any of the above four heads of the device on the base 5 thereof via the track 6. Advantages: the invention allows for a practical high-efficiency and low-cost individualized treatment.
