5-chloro-[3-[N-[2-(3,4-dimethoxyphenyl)-ethyl]-N-methylamino]-propylamino]-3-(2H) pyridazinone and its salt is used in prevention and treatment of atrial fibrillation and flutter caused by parasymphathetic neuro-activity of acetyl choline dependent potassium channel inhibitor. ACTIVITY : Antiarrhythmic. No biological data given. MECHANISM OF ACTION : Parasympatholytic.
