An alternate Gravel Pack / Frac Pack Packer system designed for gravel packing of a well, the system comprising of a seal bore extension (03); an over the top X-over tool (02); hydraulically set retrievable Seal Bore Packer (13); and a Locator Tubing Seal Assembly-I (14), designed to have suitable thread to connect with bottom of seal bore packer (13); and having another Locator Tubing Seal Assembly-II (16) designed in accordance with seal bore diameter of seal bore packer (13) to provide fluid tight joint after stabbing seal bore packer (13) at rated temperature and pressure; and wherein the Gravel Pack/Frac pack Bottom Hole Assembly comprises of bull plug (07), screens (05), blank pipes (04), suitably designed seal bore extension (03) and matching over the top X- over tool (02), run into hole; and wherein the Packer Assembly and the remaining Gravel Pack/Frac Pack Bottom Hole Assembly are connected through the Locator Tubing Seal assembly-I (14) and Seal Bore Extension (03) type connection.
