ULTRASENSITIVE, ROBUST, FLEXIBLE, AMMONIA GAS SENSOR FOR REFRIGERATION PLANTS

摘要

The present invention provides synthesis of robust, mechanically strong, high performance novel PMMA/NGPs film along the formation of strong covalent bonds at the interface through triazole linkages by click reaction. The mechanical flexibility of the films makes it possible to fabricate the sensor in any shape as per the positioning of the sensor in the refrigeration plant in contrast to the rigid substrate reported in the literature. The flexible films exhibited high sensitivity for sensing ammonia gas vapours at lows as well as room temperature.
