摘要
A self-clamping structure for solving the short-circuit resistance problem of amorphous alloy transformers comprises horizontally arranged coils for three phases of A B and C wherein an A-phase coil (1) is in close contact with a B-phase coil (2) and the B-phase coil (2) is in close contact with a C-phase coil (3); by using a solidified low-voltage coil (7-2) to self-form a fastening splint and through high-strength banding straps (5) the A-phase low-voltage coil (7-2) and the B-phase low-voltage coil (7-2) are clamped with each other to hold a weak position between the A and B phases; the B-phase low-voltage coil (7-2) and the C-phase low-voltage coil (7-2) are clamped with each other to hold a weak position between the B and C phases; a high strength insulation splint (6) is added to each outer side of the A and C-phase coils so that the splint and the corresponding phase low-voltage coil (7-2) constitute the splint pair clamped with each other to hold the corresponding weak position; and together with the high-strength straps (5) bound along an axial direction the axial direction of the coil is fixed so as to solve the problem of axial short-circuit resistance. The present application solves the problem of short-circuit resistance of amorphous alloy transformers without increasing the cost.
