The present invention relates to the technical field of biological technology, in particular to an HBV cccDNA purification kit. A body is articulated with an upper cover through a hinge, a base is arranged under the body, and a cavity for placing an ice bag is formed in the base; a reagent storage portion is arranged in the body, a plurality of reagent bottle holes are formed in the storage portion and used for storing reagent bottles for loading reagents required by HBV cccDNA purification; and the reagent bottle holes is at least six in number. According to the present invention, required experiment reagents are stored through the reagent storage portion, separation of a host cell genome and HBV cccDNA is realized, and interference caused by integrating an HBV cccDNA segment to the host cell genome to detect HBV cccDNA is avoided; an ice bag is built in the base of the kit to provide a cooling environment for the reagent storage portion and prolong the storage time of the kit.
