The invention relates to the production technology of Schottky diodes based on organic semiconductor and can be used to convert solar energy into electrical energy.The method for producing ZnPc-based Schottky diode comprises initial dissolution of zinc phthalocyanine in formic acid, ultrasonic machining of the solution, its subsequent iodine doping and deposition of the resulting solution onto the ITO substrate, coated with PEDOT:PSS, by dropwise deposition method or centrifugation method.
