The present invention discloses a composition as a formulation of lipid liposomes containing synthetic phosphatidylinositol 4, 5 diphosphate (PI (4, 5) 2P) to generate proliferative activity and activation of vesicular trafficking. Said composition also aims to increase the cell proliferation rates, as well as the mobilization of cytoplasmic receptors towards the cell membrane, thereby modifying its surface converting them into possible diagnostic or therapeutic targets, among others.
