The present invention relates to a sustained release acaricide from essential oil clove (Syzygium aromaticum) as an active element, more specifically eugenol, as an alternative to the use of commercial chemicals to attack, diminishing and eradicating the varroasis in beekeeping, without altering the behavior of the hives and reducing the risks of weakening during the treatment, as well as using a prolonged release element. Said invention comprises an extended release container with a hook-type fastener, a chord-like extension of a size of 10cm in length and of semi-flexible material, preferably cotton, a bag-type container or sack of porous polypropylene TNT fabric material and retention of the active, wherein at least eight grams of plastic beads or odor polyethylene are placed with a size in a range of up three to five millimeters, impregnated with the active element at a concentration of up to100 particles per million.
