Health-oriented fruit energy drink and method for producing it

The report concerns the health of fruit energy drinks and the way in which they are produced. A healthy fruit energy drink naturally contains cloudy fruit juice, a beneficial apple juice, obtained from whole or edible parts of fruits as a source of easily accessible carbohydrates, mineral salts, vitamins, organic acids and other health components naturally present in these fruits and in their appropriate proportions, with caffeine mixture, favourably thinned in quantities of 100-800 mg per litre of drink. The juice is pasteurised for 25-35 seconds at temperature 72-89-C,is cooled to 4-10-C and saturated with carbon dioxide in the amount of 1-8 grams of gas per litre of drink.
