The invention relates to a semicircular wall provided with protective systems, having the role of celebrating the personalities of a town, with the important contributions they have brought in their respective fields of activity. According to the invention, the wall comprises some recesses (2) which accommodate opaque supports bearing information on various personalities, and which are illuminated from behind with groups of LEDs, the wall being provided with electric bird-proof systems, with protective systems against natural disasters and against intentional damaging, which protective systems are controlled by a microcontroller which, upon the signals emitted by some sensors, controls the connection and disconnection of the recesses illumination installations, as well as the starting of alarms (3) in case of a person's contact with the wall and of video recording for identification of the person, the corresponding electric and electronic circuits being located, for protection purposes, within some cabinets (5) embedded in a lateral part of the wall.
