A recombinant adenovirus vector comprising the nucleotide sequence consisting of the porcine alpha interferon gene, the FMD virus 2A gene and the porcine gamma interferon gene, which are arranged in that order, in which the nucleotide sequence is the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO: 2, in which the FMDV gene 2A has the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1 in the nucleotide sequence in SEQ ID NO: 2 .
