The present disclosure provides a device for separatingcells in fluid, comprising a first driving pump, a separationcolumn, a detection column, a second driving pump, and severalthree-way valves and secondary driving pumps; one end of theseparation column is connected with the first driving pumpthrough a first three-way valve; the other end is connectedwith the second driving pump through a second three-way valve;the separation column Includes at least five sub filtrationcolumns in parallel; the sub filtration column comprises afixing bracket and a track-etched membrane of polycarbonate orpolyester material attached to the bottom of and the sidesurfaces all around the fixing bracket, wherein the porediameter of the track-etched membrane is 5-25 µm. The deviceof the present disclosure not only provides a new method foraccurately determining whether there are circulating tumorcells in the blood of the living animal and provides a newmethod for sorting and counting the circulating tumor cells inthe blood of the living animal, but also provides a pioneeringnew method and new device for therapy of the tumor transferand removal of the tumor cells inside the body, and hasextremely high economic and social values.
