The present invention is a method for reviewing a mortgage documents for arealestate property and providing a cash deposit to a purchaser and an advancepayment to the realtors. The method comprises of engaging the realtors havingnew listings of the real estate properties; providing a geospatial analysisreportand a comparison report for the real estate properties; obtaining mortgagefilesfrom the buying realtors or the purchasers; collecting and analyzingstatisticaland financial data from the real estate properties, and providing themortgagesand the commission advance payments to accepted mortgage files.
