Disclosed is a system for ameliorating mental illness utilizing virtual reality supported content and the result of a bio-signal analysis. The present invention has the effect of being capable of ameliorating various mental illnesses, such as addiction, depression, anxiety and stress-related disorders, by analyzing in real time changes in the bio-signal of a user exposed to content in a virtual environment and changing and providing, in conjunction with the analyzed result, the virtual environment so that the mental illness may be ameliorated.
