Disclosed is a mental disease improvement system using virtual reality support content and a biosignal analysis result. The mental disease improvement system using virtual reality support content and a biosignal analysis result includes: a virtual environment implementation device which provides virtual environment content of including symptom causing content or symptom improving content so that a user can be in contact with virtual reality; a biosignal detecting device which detects the biosignal of a user in real time, converts the detected signal into data, and sharing biosignal information formed with the converted data; and a monitoring control unit which monitors and analyzes the biosignal change state of the user in real time and controls the symptom causing content or symptom improving content to be selectively provided according to the mental state and physical state of the user. The present invention has an effect of improving various mental diseases such as addiction disease, depression, anxiety, stress disorder, etc. by analyzing the biosignal change of a user who is in contact with the content of virtual environment in real time and changing and providing the virtual environment so that mental disease can be improved by being linked with the analyzed result.
