A GPS correction data delivery device (100) is provided with: a receiving unit (110) which receives reference point (RRS) information from a GPS correction data server (300); a communication unit (120) which communicates with an RTK terminal device (200); and a received data analyzing unit (142), a distribution point location management unit (143), a correction data generating unit (144) and a correction data acquisition and management unit (145) which generate, on the basis of the reference point information, a plurality of items of mutually different GPS correction data corresponding to the position of the RTK terminal device (200) as indicated by a GPS correction data delivery request received from the RTK terminal device (200) via the communication unit (120), and deliver the plurality of items of GPS correction data (VRS) to the RTK terminal device (200) via the communication unit (120).
