A navigation method and navigation device (110) for an electric balancing vehicle (100), and the electric balancing vehicle (100). The method comprises the following steps: obtaining a full road section driving route of the electric balancing vehicle (100) (S201); upon detecting a detour road section when the electric balancing vehicle (100) is travelling on the full road section driving route, detecting whether a walk crossing road section is present to replace a winding road section (S202); upon detecting that a walk crossing road section is present, detecting road condition information of the detour road section, and if a road condition information value of the detour road section is greater than a preset value, selecting the walk crossing road section to pass through, and if the road condition information value of the detour road section is less than or equal to the preset value, selecting the detour road section to pass through (S203); when the electric balancing vehicle (100) is near to the walk crossing road section, alerting that the road section ahead may be walked (S204); stopping navigation when the electric balancing vehicle (100) stops driving and passes through the crossing road section, continuing navigation when the electric balancing vehicle (100) drives again, and re-planning a remaining driving route (S205); recording a movement track through the walk crossing road section, and updating in a map database (S206).
