Disclosed are a rapid confirmation method and a device for an antenna efficiency RF anechoic chamber test, the rapid confirmation method for the antenna efficiency RF anechoic chamber test comprising: obtaining a voltage standing wave ratio (VSWR) of an antenna to be calibrated; rapidly estimating a physical upper limit of antenna efficiency corresponding to the VSWR value, that is, an ideal antenna efficiency value, by using the VSWR; after the antenna efficiency test is carried out in the RF anechoic chamber, comparing the test value of the antenna efficiency with the previously deduced estimated value, and thereby rapidly confirming the accuracy of the test value of antenna efficiency. The method of the present invention can rapidly estimate, by determining the relationship between the VSWR and the physical upper limit of the antenna efficiency of the antenna, and by use of a network analyzer, the upper limit of the antenna efficiency of an antenna and the probability of compliance with a corresponding specification prior to RF anechoic chamber measurement, such that the time, resources and effort needed for RF anechoic chamber testing is significantly reduced.
