摘要

This paper reports the convenient radiated RF power measurement method with a compact anechoic chamber or a GTEM cell. The measurement object is the handy type radio equipment using integral antenna in the frequency range of 800MHz to 3GHz, such as PDC or PHS terminals. The radiated RF power of the fundamental and spurious frequencies are measured by means of antenna substitution method, and compared with the results measured under 3 meters separation in a large anechoic chamber. In order to ensure the performance of above systems, the budgets of measurement uncertainties for the measuring results in the fundamental frequencies are estimated.
