A leg rehabilitation device capable of facilitating blood circulation, comprising massage balls (2), an inner housing (3), an outer housing (4), a magnetic rod (5), a controller (6), an air bag (7), and an inflator (8). The air bag (7) is provided on an inner surface of the inner housing (4); a plurality of round holes (1) are formed in the air bag (7); a massage ball (2) is provided in each round hole (1); the inflator (8) is connected to the air bag (7) and is used for inflating the air bag (7) when the leg rehabilitation device is fitted over a leg of a user, so as to make the air bag (7) attach to the leg of the user; the controller (6) is electrically connected to the magnetic rod (5). The leg rehabilitation device capable of facilitating blood circulation changes the direction of a magnetic force applied to the massage balls (2) by means of the movement of the magnetic rod (5), thereby driving the massage balls (2) to rotate, so as to massage the user. Because there is no circuit connection structure between the magnetic rod (5) and the massage balls (2), the structural complexity of the leg rehabilitation device is reduced, and the service life of the leg rehabilitation device is prolonged.
