A short-pore ordered mesoporous carbon-loaded sulfur indium cobalt and sulfur indium nickel ternary composite photocatalyst, a preparation method therefor, and an application thereof. The short-pore ordered mesoporous carbon-loaded sulfur-indium-cobalt and sulfur-indium-nickel ternary composite photocatalyst is prepared by mixing pre-treated short-pore mesoporous carbon with a cobalt salt, a nickel salt, an indium salt, and a reducing agent, and subjecting the mixture to hydrothermal reaction. The short-pore ordered mesoporous carbon is obtained by calcining short-pore ordered mesoporous silica and a carbon source under nitrogen protection. The short-pore ordered mesoporous silica is obtained by subjecting the mixture of a surfactant, a hydrochloric acid solution, ammonium fluoride, and tetraethyl orthosilicate to sol-gel reaction, hydrothermal reaction, and calcination in sequence. The photocatalyst has strong adsorptivity and visible light photocatalytic activity to VOCs, and can effectively adsorb and degrade enriched VOCs in situ on the surface of the catalyst, thus greatly improving the reaction rate and efficiency of photocatalytic degradation of organic pollutants. The short-pore ordered mesoporous carbon-loaded sulfur-indium-cobalt and sulfur-indium-nickel ternary composite photocatalyst can be applied as an adsorbent or a photocatalyst in the field of environmental protection.
