MYRICETIN EXTRACT, PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION COMPRISING SAME, AND USE THEREOF

A myricetin extract, prepared by an extraction method comprising the following steps: (1) plants of Myricaceae, Grape, Leguminosae or Camelliaceae are crushed, degreased and then dissolved in a methanol aqueous solution, and extracted by microwave and ultra-sonication to obtain an extract solution; (2) the extract solution obtained in step (1) is concentrated under a reduced pressure to obtain a concentrated solution, which is then filtrated under a reduced pressure and extracted with trichloromethane, and the resulting extract solution is collected, freeze-dried and pulverized; (3) a powder obtained in step (2) is dissolved in petroleum ether and then purified by means of silica gel column, so as to collect an eluate containing myricetin, which is then concentrated to obtain a crude product of myricetin; (4) the crude product of myricetin obtained in step (3) is added to a methanol aqueous solution having a volume ratio of 50-75%, and is heated to 75-80ºC till completely dissolved and then stirred, the extract is obtained following cooling and standing, crystallizing, filtrating and drying. The myricetin extract is used to prevent or treat tumor metastasis.
