A human-machine interaction device for a robot (110), the device comprising an input module (210) used to receive instruction information inputted by a user (120), a variable factor-identifying module (220) used to identify a variable factor of the robot (110), and an output module (230) used to output a human-machine interaction result. The instruction information comprises a video, face, expression, context, voiceprint, fingerprint, iris, pupil, or optical sensing information. The variable factor information is based on interaction information between the user (120) and the robot (110). The human-machine interaction system, device, and method of the present invention facilitate timely feedback of a state of a robot (110) to a user (120), and the robot (110) actively provides notification to the user (120) by means of animation, thus providing fun and intelligent human-machine interaction, and increasing entertainment provided by the human-machine interaction.
