Disclosed are a method for performing OCT imaging by using a surgical microscope and an optical imaging device, and devices for performing the same. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the method for performing OCT imaging comprises the steps of: outputting light to an observation area, of a sample, which is observed with the surgical microscope by using an optical system of the surgical microscope; and detecting an interference signal on the basis of light scattered from the observation area.
