The present invention discloses a method for performing an optical coherence tomography (OCT) imaging using a surgical microscope and an optical imaging device and devices for performing the same, which provide a three-dimensional blood vessel structure and blood flow information of a surgical operation portion during surgery by using the surgical microscope and the optical imaging device based on an OCT angiography (OCTA). According to an embodiment of the present invention, the method for performing an OCT imaging comprises the following steps of: outputting light to an observation region of a sample observed by the surgical microscope by using an optical system of the surgical microscope; and detecting an interference signal based on the light scattered from the observation region.
