The invention relates to medicinal microbiology and pharmacology, and relates to a preparation exhibiting an immunostimulatory effect, which may be used for the prevention and treatment of oncological diseases. The essence of the invention consists in a primary component of the preparation comprising a polyvalent corpuscular antigen, prepared on the basis of treponema pallidum culture strains. The preparation exhibits an immunostimulatory effect, with a primary influence on components of T-cell immunity. The preparation, in a preventative therapeutic application, is effective with regard to tumors of various histogenesis.
