A multi-functional medical rescue platform bed, a bottom plate (6) thereof being a cubic plate structure, the lower end of the bottom plate (6) being provided with casters (7), a lifting column (5) being mounted on the upper end of the bottom plate (6), the lifting column (5) being secured to the bottom plate (6) by means of a reinforcing ribs (12), the upper end of the lifting column (5) being provided with a main platform (1), the main platform (1) being secured to a secondary platform (2) by means of a rotating shaft (3), and limiting rings (4) being mounted on two side positions of the main platform (1); the addition of the limiting rings (4) enables hoisting of the main platform (1), said design solving the problem of helicopters being unable to hoist traditional rescue platforms; the design of the secondary platform (2) effectively expands the range of the main platform (1), said design facilitating the movement of multiple patients in an emergency; the design of a limiting rod (11) and a limiting shaft (10) facilitates stowing of the secondary platform (2) when not in use; and finally, the design of a rubber inflatable pad (9) and an inflation valve (8) facilitates the use of the main platform (1) as a transport vessel in an emergency, said design expanding the scope of use of the main platform (1).
