The present invention relates to a performance directing control system using a light stick and, more particularly, to a performance directing control system using a light stick, comprising: a light stick, which receives light emission information by means of a controller and emits light; a smartphone connected to the light stick by a short-range wireless communication method; and a smartband connected to the smartphone by the short-range wireless communication method, light emission by the light stick and various performance directions through the smartband are enabled at a performance director's side, and a one-to-one performance service is provided to an audience by providing beat information, performance-related information, instruction information, and emergency situation information on the smartband, thereby maximizing the audience's interest and enabling a smooth performance, various directions, and a response to an emergency situation.
