A near infrared dual-band ratio-based method for rapidly predicting a frozen pork storage time. A near infrared spectrometer is used to obtain near infrared spectrum information of frozen pork, the near infrared spectrum is analysed, standard band central values of the frozen pork at the 1500nm, 1350nm and 1890nm characteristic band points are obtained, and a specific value of said values is used as a feature vector and substituted into a feature exponential function of the feature vector and a frozen storage time, so as to calculate the frozen storage time of the frozen pork. The present invention uses near infrared spectroscopy, directly detects a frozen storage time of pork in a frozen state, significantly reduces the amount of time required by traditional methods, and has the advantages of being rapid and non-destructive.
