HOT-CAST BRANCHING METHOD USING HOT-CAST ASSEMBLY COMPONENT

A hot-cast branching method using a hot-cast assembly component, comprising the following steps: (a) installing a hot-cast assembly component (A); (b) pre-installing a branch line (E) to a second outlet (5) and installing a shutter device (8); (c) installing an assembling device (C) to a drill head-receiving first opening (4); (d) performing fluid tightness testing; (e) a drill head (D) cutting a peripheral wall (10) and a subsequent peripheral wall (11) of a main pipeline (B), and a nut (14) passing through a first through hole (12); (f) switching off a drilling saw (9), the assembling device (C) and the drill bit (D); (g) connecting a blocking piston mounting device (F) to the assembling device (C), and switching on; (h) removing the assembling device (C), and partially connecting a flange plug to the assembly component (A); (i) performing gas purification. The method achieves connecting a branch pipeline to a main pipeline without causing downtime for the main pipeline, and is capable of operating under any pressure, thereby reducing connection operation workload, facilitating maintenance and upkeep, and reducing costs.
