A method and system for collecting statistics of an operating time in the Internet of things. The method comprises the following steps: receiving an operating time in statistics collected by a robot; acquiring an operating trajectory of the robot; and storing the operating trajectory and the operating time. This technical solution has the advantage of good user experience.
