A touch screen interaction method for an intelligent interaction handle terminal, comprising the following steps: obtaining startup touch screen information (S10); popping up a playback content selection scene according to the startup touch screen information (S20); obtaining playback content selection touch screen information (S30); and playing corresponding video content according to the playback content selection touch screen information (S40). The intelligent interaction handle terminal comprises a housing (10); a handle position (20) or a handle mounting position is provided on the housing (10); a touch liquid crystal screen (32) is provided on the housing (10); an intelligent chip having a multimedia playback function is provided inside the housing (10); the intelligent chip is connected to the touch liquid crystal screen (32). By means of touch screen-based interaction, the method implements more intelligent interaction between a handle terminal and a user and avoids the trouble caused by button operation-based interaction, thereby improving the quality and the service life of a product.
