A titanium clip with drug-loading feature, and a manufacturing method thereof. A drug-loaded titanium clip manufactured using the titanium clip with drug loading feature, and a manufacturing method thereof. The titanium clip with drug-loading feature comprises: a titanium clip body and a microporous drug-loading ceramic layer provided on a surface of the titanium clip body. The manufacturing method thereof comprises the following steps: performing surface pre-treatment of a titanium clip body; manufacturing a micropore die for a hyaluronic acid-alginic acid microsphere, manufacturing a titanium fluid sol, coating, micropore forming, and roasting. Providing a corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant microporous ceramic layer on the surface of the titanium clip body prevents a metal ion from the surface of the titanium clip from entering the body. The invention also does not shed a material or generate a particle from grinding, and can be used to load various drugs.
