The purpose of the present invention is to provide: a practical and economical auscultatory sound identification training device that is used in training for indirect auscultation using a stethoscope, that is highly portable, and that can be made easily available anytime and anywhere; and an auscultatory sound identification training system. In order to accomplish the purpose, the present invention is provided with: an auscultation speaker 110 that converts a transmitted electric signal relating to auscultatory sound information into an acoustic signal, and acoustically outputs the acoustic signal as an auscultatory sound; a mounting plate 100a which is for mounting the auscultation speaker 110 in such a manner as to surround an outer periphery of the speaker; and a resin cover member 130 that is disposed on a surface part side of the mounting plate 100a so as to cover a front face 110a side of the sound-emitting body 110, that has a hardness equivalent to that of the human skin, and in which at least the shorter side has a width of 45 mm.
