A forest therapy room and a forest therapy system comprising the same are provided. The forest therapy system according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a forest therapy room having at least one of a display device, a sound device, a temperature and humidity controller, and a fan so as to reproduce a forest environment, and including a terminal for receiving information on the forest environment from a user; and a forest therapy server for receiving the information on the forest environment from the terminal and transmitting, to the terminal, setting information corresponding to the information on the forest environment. The operations of the display device, the sound device, the temperature and humidity controller, and the fan are controlled according to the setting information.
