A forest therapy room and a forest therapy system including the same are provided. The forest therapy system according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a forest therapy room where at least one of a display device, a sound device, a temperature and humidity control device, and a fan is installed to create a forest environment, and a terminal for receiving information on the forest environment from a user is provided; and a forest therapy server which receives information on the forest environment from the terminal and transmits setting information corresponding to the forest environment information to the terminal. The operation of the display device, the sound device, the temperature and humidity control device, and the fan is controlled according to the setting information. It is possible to create the same indoor environment as an actual forest.
