A smartphone-based queue reminding system, comprising: an information acquisition module (10) used for acquiring feature recognition information and corresponding contact information input by a user; a numbering module (20) used for numbering the current feature recognition information; a queuing list generation module (30) used for arranging the feature recognition information according to the number order to generate a queuing list; a queuing pointer module (40) used for sequentially queuing multiple pieces of feature recognition information according to the arranged number order; and a notification module (50) used for sending notification information to the contact information corresponding to the queued feature recognition information. By combining feature recognition information and contact information, a user can be reminded when it is his/her turn, so as to prevent the user from wasting unnecessary queuing time.
