Disclosed are a method and device for packaging media information, and a method and device for parsing a packaged file. The method for packaging media information comprises: determining media information segments of target media information, and logic processing information of the respective media information segments; sequentially associating, according to a sequential order of the respective media information segments in a timeline, the respective media information segments with their corresponding logic processing information; and packaging association information, the respective media information segments and the logic processing information to obtain a packaged file corresponding to the target media information. The present disclosure can reduce a workload of packaging/parsing audio and video information, thereby improving processing efficiency.
