An autonomous positioning and navigation device (1) used for positioning and navigation of a host device (2). The autonomous positioning and navigation device (1) comprises: a first transmission apparatus (11), a second transmission apparatus (12) and a processing apparatus (13), wherein the first transmission apparatus (11) is in data communication with a bottom layer apparatus (22) of the host device (2) so as to acquire bottom layer positioning and navigation - related information and transmit a motion control command for controlling the motion of the host device (2); the second transmission apparatus (12) is in data communication with an upper layer apparatus (21) of the host device (2) so as to acquire upper layer positioning and navigation - related information and transmit motion-related logic data for the host device (2) to perform business logic analysis; and the processing apparatus (13) that acquires a plurality of sensor information, the bottom layer positioning and navigation related information and the upper layer positioning and navigation related information, and generates the motion-related logic data and the motion control command.
