[Problem] To provide a virtual biocontrol system, a virtual biocontrol method, and a recording medium with which it is possible to reproduce the interaction characteristic of an actual or a virtual organism to a user's behavior. [Solution] A virtual biocontrol system provided with an accumulation unit for accumulating interaction characteristic data that indicates the characteristic of interaction of an object to a user in units of a user ID and an object ID, a communication unit for receiving a request that requests interaction characteristic data from a virtual biological device and returning interaction characteristic data, and a control unit for exercising control so that the accumulation unit is searched for interaction characteristic data on the basis of a virtual organism ID included in the request and the specified user ID in accordance with the request that requests the interaction characteristic data received via the communication unit from the virtual biological device and the searched interaction characteristic data is returned via the communication unit.
